Combine our spa's self-service treatments with a massage for maximum health benefits and a fully relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Arrive at least 60-90 minutes early to have time to check in, get a tour of the spa, and enjoy one of the recommended circuits below. 

Relaxation:

1. 20 min foot soak (relaxation or detox salts)
2. 30 min in Infrared Sauna (130-155 degrees) with the Cyan or Green ClearLight therapy
3. 1 hour Relaxation Massage
4. Lemon detox water
5. 20 min in zero-gravity relaxation lounger
6. Snack and refreshment
7. 10 min in steam room

Tension/Sore Muscles or Injuries:

1. 40 min in Infrared Sauna (125-160 degrees) with the Purple ClearLight therapy
2. 1 hour Relaxation Massage
3. Lemon detox water
4. 10 min in Steam Room or Infrared Sauna
5. 20 min foot soak (muscle relief or detox salts)
6. Snack and refreshment
7. 20 min in zero-gravity relaxation lounger

Stress/Grief:

1. 10 min in Steam Room
2. 20 min foot soak (relaxation or detox salts)
3. 30 min in Infrared Sauna (125-145 degrees)
4. 1 hour Relaxation Massage
5. Lemon detox water
6. Time in the Prayer & Reflection Room
7. Snack and refreshment
8. 20 min in zero-gravity relaxation lounger

Prenatal:

1. 5 min in Steam Room
2. 20 min foot soak (relaxation salts)
3. 1 hour Prenatal Massage
4. Lemon Detox water
5. Snack and Refreshment
6. 20 min in zero-gravity relaxation lounger or on the lounger bed on left side
7. Facial treatment

Things to be aware of:

To enjoy a massage at Oasis Spa Northwest, you will first need to be a guest in our spa. If you do not have a membership, you can purchase a Day Pass for $75, gaining access to all our spa's amenities and self-service treatments.

While we work together with Licensed Massage Therapists to provide you with the best and most healing experience, they work independently of our spa and are paid separately. You will pay at the front desk for your Oasis Spa Day Pass and will pay and tip your Massage Therapist following your massage.

Pricing:

Total price for Day Pass and 60 min Massage: $150 (plus tax & tip)
Massage price for Members: $75 (plus tip)

Note: Two Day a Month Members will be using one of their spa days on the day they receive a Massage.
