What Should I Expect?

We have worked hard to ensure that your visit to our spa is relaxing and comfortable. When you arrive, rest assured that we have ample parking available with our on-site parking and public parking options.

Once you enter the Spa and walk into our Reception Room, you'll immediately notice our Pacific Northwest ambiance as you are greeted by one of our friendly staff members who will collect basic information to create your profile in our system, provide you with a liability waiver to sign, collect payment for your spa experience, as well as answer any initial questions that you might have.

After that you will be given an orientation tour of the spa so that you can get to know the layout, the available amenities, and basic instructions on how to enjoy the wide variety of equipment and experiences in the spa.

Now, it's time to get ready to relax! We provide luxury robes, towels, men's and women's spa wraps, and super comfortable sandals for our guests to use. Many guests take advantage of our spa wraps to wear under their robe, and others choose to wear a swimsuit under their robe for a more comfortable experience in our steam room and infrared saunas. After getting changed in one of our four private bathrooms, just select any of our individually keyed and secure lockers to store your personal belongings in and take the key with you. You are now ready to enjoy the spa!

At this point, the spa is your Oasis of Relaxation! You can stay as long as you would like and enjoy all that our spa has to offer. If you have any questions or require any assistance with anything, just let one of our staff members know and they'll take care of you.

When you are ready to wrap up your time at the spa, just collect your personal items from your locker, get changed, and drop everything else off in the designated laundry drop area. We look forward to seeing you again next time!
